Just a few years ago, you would have found me in the corporate world—excited about the next challenge and climbing the career ladder.

After 13 years, I reached a point of feeling overwhelmed and exhausted. I wanted a change, so I decided to take a leap of faith and create a business that reflected my values and my vision of true support for entrepreneurs.

When I worked in the corporate world, I was always committed to delivering excellence. During my search for the right team, I noticed a gap in the market: too many providers offered generic or unreliable support.

I decided to fill that gap by building Delegate First, a small team that delivers high-quality, strategic marketing and bookkeeping support for coaches and consultants—grounded in professionalism, trust, and shared values.

At the beginning of my journey, I had to learn a few lessons the hard way. After a few wrong hires and not-so-ideal processes, I knew I needed to create something different—something built on trust, excellence, and real support for business coaches.

One of the things that makes us different is our background. Every member of our small team comes from the corporate world, bringing years of experience, professionalism, and a strong commitment to quality.

Of course, it wasn’t always easy. Once I found the right people, we had to put aside titles and learn how to master digital tools, adapt to the fast-paced online business world, and design a structure that truly supports coaches and consultants.

Through trial and error, I developed my own methods for delivering high-quality work. Over time, we created a unique system that allows coaches to receive strategic marketing and bookkeeping support without the stress of managing every detail themselves.

Eventually, things started to shift. Once we learned to leverage technology and refine our systems, the results spoke for themselves—and with dedication, we began seeing powerful outcomes for our clients.

As a leader, I stay personally involved in every project we take on, making sure each client receives the care, professionalism, and attention they deserve.
